I really have no idea what's going on here.  That's Dobo "driving" the boat and it appears to be Tatley "falling out" with Lucky stepping out and I have no idea who the "netter" is.  This was back in 2001 and I can only assume that alcohol was somehow involved - except that Dobo doesn't drink.
