#9  Dan "DP" Paulson

Position:  SS

Bats/Throws:  R/R

Baseball Background:  Played high school baseball at White Bear Lake.   Due to my baseball skills, I opted to play football at “the” North Dakota State University from 1984 through 1988.  I still managed to play amateur baseball in the summers to keep the dream alive.  I played for the Kick-Off Lounge (2 years), Team Choice (1 year) Steichens (5 years), Red Rooster (8 years) all of the St. Paul League from 1986-2001.  After retiring for a couple of years, I got drunk with Jeff Patterson and, according to him, signed on with the Woodbury Warriors of the Classic League from 2004-present.  Then, in 2008, I got the call.  The Millers had room up the middle for a short, fat guy whom sometimes thinks he is part Puerto Ricon.

Years with the Millers:  2008 - Present

Greatest Baseball Highlight:  2004 state championship.  Woodbury Warriors verses the Minnetonka Saints.  Saints cruising to a state championship pulled Burnsy in the bottom of the 7th with a 2-0 lead only to go on to loose 3-2.  Burnsy had allowed just 1 run in 13 innings that day…good idea fellas.

Hobbies:  Loosing golf balls, drinking beer.

Nicknames: DP, Bam Bam.

Favorite Professional Player/Team: Craig Biggio / Houston Astros
